Digital Storytelling and Grafill have the pleasure of inviting to the opening of the exhibition Kon-Tiki: From Concept Art to Film Image in which the concept drawings and visual effects on the new Kon-Tiki film can be experienced as art in their own right. The film has over 500 visuals effects shots (mostly invisible) and have engaged over 120 VFX talents in Scandinavia, England and beyond.
The vernissage is on Wednesday August 29th at 6pm at Grafill’s Gallery R21 in Rosenkrantz gate 21, Oslo. Film Directors Joachim Rønning and Espen Sandberg will open the exhibition.
The exhibition is curated by Øyvind Renberg and Miho Shimizhu, produced by Angela Amoroso and Kim Baumann Larsen of Digital Storytelling in collaboration with Martin Biehl and Marianne Lind, Grafill. Cover illustration by Nikolai Lockertsen. Exhibition graphic design by Marius Renberg.
